A Few Pesky Bugs

Hello everyone, I really wish I was here with something fun and exciting for you today but just stopping in for a quick update.
We are still having some issues related to the Server move that we made recently and we are working to get them resolved as soon as we can but unfortunately it seems to be slow going at the moment. We appreciate your patience and the reports, we have seen them and are doing our very best! Please try not to worry too much if you have not received a reply on your particular report yet as we are getting quite a lot of them in every day, but please know that we are reading and checking into every one.
And as one of our biggest issues seems to be errors in using the Contact Us system you can find emails below to direct contact the staff.
- [email protected] will get you to Admin-Deinmaar for issues involving general community experience and your account such as bans, infractions, account info, ect.
- [email protected] will get you general support assistance and is the proper place to send suggestion emails as well.
- [email protected] will get you to Admin-Mat for any Paintie related issues you may be having.
Please be sure to label your messages clearly in the subject, and don't worry too much about possibly sending to the wrong email, we can always forward them to the correct department if something ends up misplaced.
We apologize that all this seems to be taking so long and hope that you can be patient with us for just a bit longer.

Helper Deactivation

Hey all! Admin-Deinmaar here!
I have an unfortunate announcement today. I will be deactivating all Helper statuses. As great as I know that role has the potential to be, we've had a lot of unfortunate issues involving Helpers, as I don't think the responsibilities for the role were completely understood. I've avoided adding new Helpers while I tried to restructure, but it seems that it's going to take longer than anticipated. For those that are still interested, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the restructure. I will eventually be opening up actual applications for the new Helper status, and I will expect any new Helpers to follow all rules applied to the position.
All Helpers statuses should be reset by this time. If you see any I missed, please be sure to send me a PM! My apologies to all my Helpers!

June is a great month to express your love and care for others, so we're introducing a mini-event! In the following thread, you can tag players and write a little something special for them, telling them how much you appreciate them, or even something you just like about them or the things they've created! We'll be rewarding the posters on this thread by giving them one plush or mini-pet missing from their collection for each kind message posted.

Scheduled Maintenance

We will be experiencing some scheduled downtime starting at 8:30 PM Furvilla Time as we do some maintenance on our server. You can follow any updates on our Twitter account!

Maintenance is complete and seems to have gone well! If you notice anything that seems off, please let us know. We know that some of you have expressed concern about losing your login streak. We will be looking for a solution for this when we are able to make contact with our coder next.

Tournament Trophy Rankings

Hi all! As the tournament comes to a close, I'd like to provide you all with the ranking requirements for each set of rewards, as follows:
If you have played at least 10 PvP matches, you'll receive 1000 valour points and the bronze trophy, regardless of rating. This includes players lower than level 10 who are not on the leaderboard.
If you have achieved at least 50 rating on the leaderboard, you'll instead receive the silver trophy and 2000 valour points.
If you have achieved at least 300 rating on the leaderboard, you'll instead receive the gold trophy and 3500 valour points.
Additionally, the top 10 players on the leaderboard will receive the Gold Lance item at 100% potency and 2 sockets. Following the tournament, this item will be awarded every 2 weeks to the top 3 players on the leaderboard.
Items will remain in the festival shop for seven days following the event's conclusion, during which time players cannot earn valour points. Afterwards, the leaderboard and valour caps will be reset (you'll keep any left over valour points), you'll be able to earn valour again, and different items will be stocked in the shop.

Aquatifur!

Furvilla is happy to announce that Aquatifur has invited us to their convention as a Guest of Honor!
Anyone familiar with the Kalahari Resort knows how much fun it is to be there. The indoor waterpark is a blast, and the one in Wisconsin Dells also has an arcade and a movie theater on site. The thought of a furry convention here is so exciting for all of us Midwestern fuzzballs watching this convention take root. If you live in the area, or want to experience an awesome convention at a waterpark resort hotel, you should check it out! This convention is bound to grow very fast.
It's a huge honor to be invited as a Guest at a furry convention and we couldn't have gotten here without all of you! Thank you so much for your support!
