He wanted to be a musician. Of course, that didn't work out. The people of Oceandome must not have been fans of his Alternative Sea Shanty Inspired Techno Rock Opera band 'Revolving Dinghy'. A shame.. but a guy has to take his lumps as they come.
So he tried again (Discotronic Punk didn't take off either. Sorry 'Resealable Chest'. ) and again (goodbye 'An Explosive Punch To The Noggin' ) and again, with his current one man music project 'I'm a Wandering Spirit From the Cosmos and I Want To Shake Your Hand'.
It's not going well. Heh, but perhaps construction is a decent enough job in the meantime. It ain't the worst thing he's done for cash (that was probably street miming.).and It wasn't like he was gonna give up on his dreams that easy. No dang way.
Tom was gonna be the biggest star Oceandome had ever seen.
