That would certainly be a trick. *He laughed at the thought of it, a soft chuckle that meant he was usually planning something but she'd be hard pressed to get it out of him till he was ready, besides it might not even work. He collected the plants, studying them as he did, rubbing at the nibbled parts thoughtfully.* Anything a predator of those pests she breeds?
You could magic up a kite made to look like it, have it fly around and weave between your plots. I've never been any good at enchanting but you could go down to the dome and ask your friend Quinn?
