Although he's a trickster, he really does mean well.

Despite his looks and pranks he's quite mature, and likes to think things through. He has a tendency to get flustered easily, and as such is often the target of hiccup's advances.

He wears a scarf sewn together with a magic thread by frappuccino after a lot of begging from the other traveling quetzal palace villagers who wanted to take him with them on their travels. it gives him the ability to walk on clouds, and also has come a bit alive (but that's ok, he uses it like a wearable tape recorder for things like the grocery list and birthdays).

He was given his pet wabbit, Cinnamon, by the coffee buns, and they get along quite well- they're almost always seen together.
