I would ask the same about this guy! I kept seeing a lot of really divergent painties, including this one.
Moka was rejected for vague reasons, so I sent an email to the paintie team.
They rejected it again with the message that they responded to my email. It was apparently "too big", even though its within the size constraints. I had to shrink her down unfortunately.
