| ~30s | Digital Entity"Telly" is a cheerful cartoon character from a mystical place this man calls "Earth", who teaches children about the dangers of "the web" and "cyberbullying". Telly, though, as you see him, is merely someone bearing the character's likeness, and despite his discomfort with the embarrassing name and garish appearance, he's seemingly come to accept his fate with a weary sigh.
He can't remember anything about his life before becoming the character, and is awfully secretive about anything else he experienced before coming to the Villa, so he tends to stick to himself, busying himself with whatever he can think of in the moment to keep his mind from wandering into panic again. Most often he'll be found putting together small trinkets or mindlessly scratching a pencil to paper. He could draw more if he wanted to, but his brain seems to fog up when he tries.
He's staying with Dennis for the time being, given he's the only other villager who seems to understand any of his nonsensical ramblings, and is the closest thing Telly's found to another human around here.
