Despite what his bright, iridescent feathers might lead you to believe, Pavo is a very quiet and fatherly creature. Even in his youth, he was never much of a showoff, but as he steps into his middle age, his concerns with his appearance start to fade away. His tiny horns, once a source of embarrassment, are now a relief. Naturally nubby horns are one less thing to file, right? Unless you *want* the top of your doorframes scratched up. As reserved as Pavo is, he’s still happy to fan his tail for pictures. No matter how old or demure you are, its always fun to be the prettiest thing in the room once in a while.
He’s a pretty good baker, so if you’re ever at his house, ask him to make you something! He’ll happily oblige, and although he tries to accommodate everyone’s tastes, if you’re not an avian, you might want to specify what you want. His specialty millet custard tarts, while tasty, might not be everyone’s cup of tea. And of course, he always keeps a couple candies in his going-out bag for the little ones (or anyone else that might want one). Werther’s original, anyone?

quick version:
he has goat-like pupils. w/e color you want them to be idont really care lol
typicially wears clothes, but its not like. a big deal if he dosent
blue=feathers, grey=fur, mid tones are variations of down getting progressively more hair-like.
Style:
typically i don't draw him with bottoms but you can if you want. i do think tight pants on digitigrade characters are kinda weird looking so yk. i trust your judgement though. i kinda go for like an old, classic vibe typically, lots of sweater vests, collars, polo shirts, etc. not super feminine but i like subtle lace/floral patterns: grandma's furniture but not grandma herself if you catch my drift. also a big fan of paisley patterns and 70's style for him i think they compliment him well

as for his wings: feel free to work the clothes around them however! normally i just keep it simple and do a vest kinda cut but if you can think of any other ways to put some kind of fabric around his wings without crushing them i'd love to see your take
