Casey was once a regular Leodon just like the rest of them, but a cooking mishap with Morrigan resulted in a rather sweet change. His skin is like soft shortcake, his mane is cream and strawberries, and every bit of this Leodon is just as giving and fun-loving as before his change. Sure, he may have to spend a few hours in a walk-in refrigerator every now and again so his cream doesn't melt, but that doesn't bother him any; he likes the cold!
As far as Casey's concerned, being made of strawberry shortcake just means he can take his job at Latte Love a bit more seriously. After all, this isn't just a job anymore.

It's literally his life.
