Very chill and mischievous like another beach bum villager in this spoopy village. A little more laid back than her, he likes to hang with Raechel when she isn't busy annoying other villages. A strange pastime which she takes very serious for some reason. The encouragement from our esteemed Mayor Chester probably doesn't help.
While Pax is the mischievous type, he likes to watch and enjoy others doing such things but is too laid back *(read lazy)* to actually participate. He'd rather sit back and enjoy the show and give whole-hearted encouragement to those participating in the mischievous activities.
He's very warm and kind to everyone who comes and talks to him, and loves hugs and playing in the water.
The water is his territory and once you enter it, its like a switch is turned on and suddenly he is very active and the mischievous meter cranks out at max. He's very careful and mindful of little ones all the same.
