Description
The guardian of Canis Minor constellation that means "little dog."

Astrid was a loyal companion to a human male, Aster who wanted to do good for his rural town, keeping the peace and enforcing laws to protect every precious life. All his life, he was born and raised on a farm with his family and Astrid was born to herd cattle. When he moved the larger town, he brought the huggable corgi with him and sought his dream to become a highly regarded constable. The town had a well established department and encouraged the duo to train to be suitable for the responsibility. Corgis weren't favorable choices for canine companions in the force but she performed and proved her best in outstanding results to deem her worthiness. The two were employed to their dream career several months in when they were ambushed leading to Aster's unfortunate demise when he spearheaded an investigation to a corrupt political group. Astrid who suffered a few injuries crawled by his side, keeping him company so their journey to the afterlife isn't a lonely one.

Zeus took pity on their lives after contributing countless good deeds during their time and assured their souls were taken cared of. Astrid was then reborn as the companion for celestial maiden Astrea who would later become Virgo, fought for justice and the protection of the innocent. When the deviating wickedness of humanity grew to be unmanageable, Astrea fled earth with Astrid in tow. But Astrid felt hesitant to leave despite ascending to become the constellation, Canis Minor. When her constellation is not visible in the night sky, it's been said she returns to earth to serve her duties once again.
