His head hovers above his body and he can keep his flames still, though they raise with excitement. When not in a sec just wings resemblance arms.
"Burn burn!" He chuckles. "Everything and anything should burn. Burn into pretty little flames."
Once a normal hawk he's the failed experiment of ■■■■. Tricked into wandering into the darkness he was held and experimented on, trying to create a phoenix. Though the flames went right everything else went wrong. The bird he was before became unrecognizable and his mind broke. Not that he seems to mind. He remembers not of the past he once knew, not even hus name. Though he rarely does talk about "normal" subjects his mind usually wraps around fire and flames.
He's trapped down in the ocean for fear his flames would spread and wipe out most of the land.
