Full name: Diane Reese. Insists on being called Reader Reese or just 'Reader,' though she also accepts Professor Reese.
-Distinguished Oceandome marine biologist, teaches at a major university. Overwhelmed by curiosity, she's come to Tenset to study the marine life at Tenset's port. It's so far from the Oceandome-TEP waters, there are many undocumented specimens here.
-Has a lot of tubes full of said specimens in her home/lab. Some of the more soft-hearted residents of Tenset would say it's cruel that she kills specimens just for show, but Reader says they're being irrational, and that she needs speciments for sending back to Oceandome. She also points out that many of these people also have no problem eating the fish people like Arariel sell at the market.

"Hm," Reader hums thoughtfully, raising her massive paw to compare. It's large enough to eclipse the cat's hand entirely, each finger tipped with a thick claw, but upon closer inspection each one is dulled like that of a dog's. "They are not so sharp, but I find it comes in handy. I never scratch my testing equipment, and they're delicate enough to handle my fine tools. They suit me." With such a massive paw, it came without saying that a powerful swipe to the head would be more than enough to smash any small monster stupid enough to disrupt her work.
"What nice claws you have there!" Airplane chides, her own claws poking out of her paw and comparing paws with them.
