"Rayfins are an amphibious race, they share traits with a lot of aquatic animals. They have large ears, gills and soft squishy feelers on their face for sensing. Large, manta ray wings on their back help them swim, rather gracefully at times. A cetacean (dolphin/whale) tail helps them swim incredibly fast! They can often be seen zipping out of the water and gliding gracefully for fun. They are quite the sight to behold.

Rayfin are nearly always carnivorous, dining on crustaceans, fish and other aquatic creatures, usually much smaller than themselves. They are quite intelligent and know how to sense creatures hiding in the sand, small fish, crabs, etc. They're also fond of collecting shells, shark teeth, and other aquatic remnants."
