His boyfriend is Tony.
Jonathan is pretty nuts and has definitely killed someone. Luckily he has his (found) family and his boyfriend to keep him going (and keep him locked in his bedroom to prevent sleepwalking... don't ask him about it).
If you see him staring at the dark corner of a room before screaming and cowering don't worry. Happens all the time. It's just his ghost ;)

- Cooking and eating (even though he can't digest food), especially when he cooks for his friends
- Playing piano with his jazz band
