when raptors had been reincarnated and remade, ollie had worked as a simple cop, fending his village from crime... but when an accident occurred on sight, his body was mutilated beyond repair, and his brain was put into this body. completely reborn, ollie lives out his life as a robotic shell of himself, but he does enjoy a good tummy pat!
