About

Strahd's former consort. For some short amount of time, Escher was Strahd's lover and "Favorite", during one of the king's many desperate attempts to feel something. But, as with all consorts, he turned Escher into a vampire and cast him aside, forgetting him along with his other brides.

Escher is infatuated with Strahd von Zarovich, but unfortunately the feeling isn't mutual.

At one point, Escher was the light of Barovia village- full of life and laughter, and definitely more colourful than the grey dread-stricken people around him. It was a sad day when Escher passed and was taken away. It was as if the Sun itself was finally dead...
