-Famous arsonist, set fire to several monuments and houses alike as he trotted between nations, leaving chaos and destruction in his wake. No one seemed to be able to catch him.
-It went on like this for months until Tabasco realized the police were getting harder and harder to avoid. He ended up realizing he had to "Beat the heat" and made his way to Tenset for its asylum
-Tenset's one of the last places he'll have asylum so... he knows he can't be lighting things on fire anymore. He's been seeing Tupac for psychological help.
-Works as a cook. Irony. Yes, he does often burn things.
-Not especially smart, just has good instincts. He'll start getting lost if you try to explain abstract concepts to him like how chemicals interact or difficult math. Just tell him how to make a bigger fire or to add more sugar to your pancakes.
-LOUD, cackling laugh. When he's having fun he laughs. So, you'll often hear it coming from the kitchen when he gets to turn the gas stove on. Some customers are spooked by it, most are used to it.
-He likes morbid puns and jokes. Teases a lot. DMM humor, but not AS dark as some of the other members of town... oddly enough.
-Has a voice like a scarecrow, high, crackly, almost nasally.
