About
The Omedermi, as dubbed by local villagers, hides deep inside a cave. Very few villagers have seen the Omedermi outside its cave, as it only occasionally comes out at night if it is low on supplies.
The Omedermi does not like to interact with other villagers, as most villagers are put off by its enormous size and horrendous stench. It often lashes out at villagers with good intentions, as it simply does not trust anyone.
Wounds cover the Omedermi's body, as it is often mistaken for a monster by warriors. Most wounds heal quickly, but sometimes the wounds become infected, in which case it is assisted by its only friend, Chrysalis, a gem raptor who is brave enough to study the Omedermi up-close.
It produces a vile-smelling substance from a gland located inside its mouth. This substance is mildly toxic to villagers, causing rashes upon skin contact. Despite this, the substance is a great fertilizer for plants, allowing the Omedermi to grow its own food inside the cave.
The Omedermi can breathe underwater thanks to its external gills. It likes to sleep in murky water, since the water hides it from intruders. Unfortunately, its gills are very sensitive to pollution and attack.
It is partially blind, so it relies on its smelling and hearing in order to get around.
