a very hungry spirit. it is said she eats a little bit of the moon each day until it finally disappears. Once it is gone and she is full, the moon grows back until she becomes hungry once more. She comes in many forms but they all share the symbol of the black moon somewhere on her body. The shape of this moon is always the opposite of the actual moon phase, and symbolizes how much she has eaten.
