Lief left his lagoon one day chasing after a brightly colored fish, and somehow ended up here when he couldn't figure out how to get back within the reef. But he did catch the fish, and now he spends most of his time collecting more unique and interesting looking fish to display in his tank. No one's actually sure why he keeps them in a tank despite living underwater himself.
