Villager: Otis

A loose friend of Tenka's, a loose friend of Phos's... they're just kind of a wanderer. Been many places, seen many things, but they always come back to the ocean.

While Tenka and Phos know of them somewhat, it's Manerus and Torr that tend to be more solid friends, and the three of them pretty often get together to discuss whatever it is that comes to mind, share in tasting new foods, and getting into mischief. Torr fancies himself as the leader, but he has so much trouble talking to strangers, and Otis doesn't talk at all, that many would believe Manerus to lead their little group.

Otis has big dreams, and while they have the courage to see them through, they just... never seem to be in the right place at the right time. This doesn't discourage them though, but if they ever do begin to feel down in the dumps, Torr is there to help them out.

Their pet, Mini-Boris, has taken the lead, and seems to have some grand adventure in store...
