-ferrets away lots of information and dirt on governments and officials, often visited by the dragon family for juicy tidbits
-The experiment done on him was radio translation technology. He's able to intercept radio waves and hear the signals in his right ear. Thankfully there's not a radio tower nearby, as it can really hurt his ear if he's too close to a loud source all day long. There's no way to turn it off, but he can change channels so he just listens to top secret frequencies all day long. And sometimes radio dramas.
-Visits 1 a lot, gets visited by 42 a lot. He considers them both his best friends.
-Don't let him get started on the conspiracy theories, he will talk your ears off. If you REALLY get him excited, he'll pull you over to his picture wall and really give you a lecture on the snake people, or sneople, who control the Olde Foxbury government at every level.
-Socially awkward. Doesn't really... get people... hard to speak up in a crowd... usually ends up embarrassing himself after he starts talking about his conspiracy theories and his conversation partner tunes out.
-He doesn't really PREFER to be alone, but he's kind of anxious about dealing with a lot of people.
-Likes baked goods, like muffins and cookies. 42 loves to bring him fresh batches as a surprise.
-Is really good at fixing devices that produce sound. All devices. When the town's main electronics dealer is at his wit's end, you can take your phonograph, or radio, or whatever, to 51 and he'll probably be able to fix it. If he can't fix it, it's probably legitimately cursed.
