General Information
Wesley has a particularly keen eye for details and has always done well to pick apart the things he's passionate about. Those things, typically speaking, happen to be works of literature and ways of thinking. Overanalyzing every little detail gives him tremendous satisfaction. Wesley just gets far more enjoyment out of a story if it piques his interest enough to deconstruct. Criticism is part of this as well....he's a firm believer in the statement that writing is never done, it simply is due. There is always room for improvement and mistakes are likely to be made even by seasoned professionals.

This isn't to say that he's judgemental and likes to pick others apart or tear works down for no good reason. Certainly Wesley is mindful of the flaws those around him possess, but he has too big of a heart to judge them for it. He did choose to be a teacher in order to nurture minds, not degrade them, after all.
