-Develops bio-weapons and cures for bio-weapons. Was one of the scientists who helped to develop Oceandome's toxic potion.
-Ran to the settlement after getting in trouble with Oceandome law over her research. She develops bio-weapons and is obsessed with creating and curbing her weapons
-Despite the fact that she had to leave Oceandome, she gets money and grants from that government and gets visits from agents in black suits every few months.
