From a young age Brieuc has had a very good understanding of death. He became almost fascinated by it and ended up as an apprentice of sorts to their undertaker. Learning the proper techniques to care for, preserve, and present a body especially those who’d been killed in battle. When the undertaker died himself all funeral duties were passed down onto Brieuc.

After his master’s passing Bri began to delve into questionable territory. His curiosity and fascination with death leading him to try something that was viewed as unspeakable. In the dark of night he worked on the body of a solider that’d be mutilated badly in combat, trying to figure out the best way he could preserve and present them at the funeral. An overwhelming urge consumed his mind and almost without realizing it he found himself dining upon the deceased. Terrified of what he’d done he covered it up with a mixture of makeup, clothing, and prosthetics that the funeral home keeps around to hide severe battle wounds. When nobody questioned things after the funeral Bri found himself continuing to cannibalize the fallen. Only taking parts that would be unknown or easily hidden.
