Nino is lazy cat who has been gifted with powerful psychic abilities; unfortunately he has absolutely no interest in using them aside from minor illusionary pranks and honestly feels embarrassed about having them in the first place. He's convinced his powers were artificially input via government experimentation and is very paranoid because of this, although he's slowly getting more used to his powers with the help of his close friends.

Nino is Officer Cee's cousin, and likes to watch cop shows with them, regardless of how incorrect the information shown may be. His split tail is a genetic mutation and the flower growths he sometimes has are illusions created by his psychic abilities, why he chose flowers is still a mystery, but he certainly enjoys being able to creep others out.


Due to his delusions over experimentation done in him, Nino often has hallucinations in the form of glowing white eyes that see his every movement and follow him around. They tend to show up more in times of extreme stress but can rarely show up at any time.

Nino is able to levitate objects as heavy as half a tonne, however any heavier than that is nearly impossible for him to lift without injuring himself. His powers are heavily linked to electrical impulses, meaning he has to be careful not to get too worked up over things to avoid an overload of psychic energy. Overusing his powers for too long gives him a headache, with it getting as potentially severe as a migraine depending on how much was used and for how long.
