It is really easy to farm ingredients for the socket o mastics with doing the serpent's pot every chance possible with 40 super sky rocks(farmable from legacy battlegrounds). Though for the 5th slot the item needed is usually in the event shop. Also takes a lot of crystal crafting for the good crystals.
Short answer lots of crystals socketed(10 crystals just on the armor alone XD) in my gear, vampire status from the event and life leaching from the amulet.
