Wondering down the hall, away from Mint Jelly's room, you come into a warm room that smells like herbs. It's full of natural light.
"Hello!" Signed a flix; an odd creature with the ears of a fennec fox and the face of a big cat. Her fur was a light blue and pink with splashes of white. She was mute. "I'm Lyric" she introduced herself, using her hands.
You look around the green house room where many plants grew. Some plants snapped and growled at you. The herbalist stroked them to calm them down.
"It's a pleasure to meet you!" Lyric's hands signed and her face lit up pleasantly. Her pet fairy in a wicker cage twittered happily at you.
"I need to pick these plants to trade. I planted some unusual pineapples I traded for! Care to sample one to see how I did?" Lyric asked silently. Before you could answer, a wedge of the fruit was offered to you. You politely taste it. It tasted sweet and, well, unusual! You gave her a thumbs up and Lyric grinned, giving you the rest of the fruit you sampled before gently showing you out so she could finish her work.
