About
-As the settlement's government grew, it started to require a stronger police force, much to the chagrin of the ex-criminals living in the town. Once a retired sheriff from a small Quetzal Palace district, Metatron was hired to help structure the police force.
-Is in charge of stationing defenders in the outposts to defend from monster attacks, assigning warriors to exploration parties, setting up patrol schedules for the domestic police officers, signing warrants, punishing non-compliant officers, etc etc etc...
-Has a few assistants
-Very official, speaks clearly and eloquently
-Supports the law and its enforcement above all else. Doesn't think that the reason why the person broke the law or who they are is very important, he thinks it should be enforced equally in all circumstances. ("They should have considered the punishment before they committed the crime. Furthermore, ignorance of the law excuses no one.")
-Often comes in conflict with members of the settlement who were drawn here because of the town's lawlessness. Has very little tolerance for figures like the bunny cult, the mercenaries, the drug producers or even Tennan sometimes.
-Being very logical and methodological means he's quite helpful for the drafting and creation of new laws, or the amending of existing ones.
-However, he does not think an existing law that's extremely flawed should not be enforced as written and will continue to enforce it as-is until the council amends it.
-Rather pious.

-Abraham is the nastiest looking beary you will ever see. One eye is blind, his lip sags and shows off his teeth, he has darkish scars all over his body, and he's more than twice the size of a normal beary.
-Metatron warns not to pet him, but Abraham hasn't bitten anyone... yet.
