This Baron from a unknown foreign land came to Quetzal Palace long ago.
He showed signs of nobility and fortune from the start but he quickly monopolized the local businesses, spread his influence and increased his vast wealth even further.
He's greedy, tactical and sneaky whenever money is involved and has gotten a bad reputation because of it. But he is, to many people's annoyance, not doing anything illegal or cruel. And that's pretty much everything there is to know about him. He loves money and being classy, he would never stoop to doing something illegal or inhumane. Nevertheless people love to complain about him, either out of jealousy or dislike for his bluntness.
