Name meaning: Small depression in the grass where water gathers
-One of the smartest of the Owsla, but not the strongest.
-That doesn't mean he isn't a powerful warrior, and his cleverness makes him very good for planning attacks and hunts, and keeping the non-fighters safe when outside of the safe-zones of town.
-Is mates with Lendriroo
-Best friends with Hrairsayn... they're almost too close. If they're camping together they'll almost always share a tent, they'll walk very close together, don't mind sharing bowls of food. It's likely one of them is crushing on the other.
-Usually organizes the other Owsla members, acts as a sort of 'sub-leader' since Owsla positions are determined mostly by strength, and Hrairsayn is the top bunny because he's strongest.
-Calculating personality, very observant. Not exactly quiet but takes pauses before all responses to think about what he wants to say.

Somewhere close to Olde Foxbury but not quite part of town lines is a theocratic, totalitarian town consisting mostly of Rabbits. Almost as old as Foxbury itself, this town speaks both the common language and Lapine and worships the Rabbit prince El-Ahrairah. Within this town was a small cult who believed that the town had once been saved by a rat Seer whose soul was in the wrong body, and that he would return as a rabbit one day to lead them to a better life. Most of the cult broke away from the town after they believed their savior had been reborn as Wuhairoo-wex. Hlao was one of the storytellers who retold the legends of Wuhai and his eventual return, but he was never quite strong enough to get into the Owslafa (council police) in the much larger town, and had been studying to hopefully get into the Owslathaf (council) when Wuhairoo-wex rose to power in his cult. Honestly, Hlao is much happier in this new cult where he has much more importance, and is appreciated for all of his talents and isn't forced to just be a thinker.
