The outcast is known for his creation of odd plushies. Plushies that contain such a powerful magical source that they are able to create a new villager from scratch. A villager that is exactly the same as the plushie it was created from. Not a lot is known about him, not even his gender, but to keep things easy most people just call him a 'he'. After being banned from his previous village, together with all the villagers and plushies he supposedly 'created', he decided to move away to the borders of Dragonsmaw Manor. His followers look upon him as if he is a god and even though he rarely communicates or shows himself, they worship him.
From time to time he drops new plushies near the center of the village. These new plushies will one day become new villagers too, but no-one really knows how he summons them and when he will summon them.
