Villager: Edmund

A former sea captain who seems troubled by loss and shows no mercy toward monsters. Townsfolk say that he and his crew once hunted leviathans for the Crown. But one fateful day, a creature rose up from the depths that laid waste to his ship and entire crew. Ever since then, he has worn a red ribbon tied to his left arm as a vow to the fallen.

Edmund came to Dragonsmaw Manor to seek justice. Or rather, as it came to be, agents of justice. "Justice" came to him on feathered wings and told him he needed an apprentice. Lewis wasn't what he had hoped for-- what could he shape out of that fool?-- but if he even had a chance of bringing Edmund and his crew peace, he'd place his faith in him. Perhaps the young knight would take to the seas one day, for an old warrior's sake.

When Edmund is not in his usual state of mind, some say they can hear him slurring sad ramblings concerning his crew and homeland. He is still tender at heart, and longs for companionship almost as much as he longs for closure.
