Dalia is a very serious person. She values fairness and justice above all else and has great respect for the law. That being said, she knows the law can be corrupt and judges people on their moral standards more than their lawfulness. As a child, she admired the Guardian Angels of Quetzal Palace and dreamed of training with them. As soon as she was able to, she moved to the clouds, following her dreams. Her role model is Mayor Ana and she sees her as a mentor.
