-Does a lot of taunting and teasing, very mouthy
-Was a wandering mercenary for his youth, until he ended up in Tenset. Here, he got into a rivalry with Jokemo, which eventually blossomed into something more. They're still competitive with each other though.
-Smarter than Jokemo, but not as fast or strong.
-Kind of selfish, but he's been a lot better since settling down.
-Hunter/evil aesthetic, keeps trophies of his toughest fights and likes skulls and bones
-He could be a pretty good villain, honestly. But he does have a good heart, under it all.
-Despite not being the most agreeable person, Jakobir is on the police force. Ironically, being a sort of "reformed villain" type makes him jive well with the ex-criminals of the settlement, even though many of those ex-criminals don't really trust authority. He'll let minor things slide after giving you a grilling about how next time he won't be so generous.
-Sometimes he helps to settle disputes between villagers, without making them need to go to court. If someone steals something from you, Jakobir will go over to the thief and get the object back. He once saw an older kid bullying a smaller kid and gave the bully a wedgie.
-He doesn't really care too much about exact protocol, meaning he sometimes butts heads with Kermes and Themis. He has accidentally injured a suspect he's detained, more than once. Usually Cutch.
-He used to be on the warrior force, when Tenset was smaller. Now that it's bigger and more police are required, that's what he is. It gives him some time to be away from Jokemo, they love each other but having different jobs is a good thing.
