Shira and Sheol were minor lords in a part of Olde Foxbury. Their parents weren't the best of rulers and the locals staged a coup-de-dat. They managed to escape with a lot of the family jewels, which they later pawned most of. Thanks to the nature of Tennan's Settlement, they weren't trusted when they first arrived, but Shira's pure heart quickly won over the town. Shortly after that, most of the villagers realized Sheol was just trying to protect his older sister and came to... tolerate him as well.
