Wisp is a very playful Nebunine with a heart of gold. He'll do anything to make someone smile, and cherishes every time someone tells him they appreciate him.
He has low self-esteem and doesn't regard himself highly, as well as being depressed and anxious the majority of the time. But he makes himself feel better by making other people happy, even though that doesn't work all the time.
