Beauty is a word that falls from one’s mouth when they lay their eyes on China. Her artistic talent at painting intricate designs is evident when one sees the floral patterns around her eyes and ears. She finds herself calmed by the concentration it requires and thinks it a peaceful pastime. She strives to improve every time she does it, over and over until she perfects a single skill. Dedication is part of her daily routine.
She takes up the small job in the village of creating little anthro china dolls and painting them with elaborate and beautiful designs from her workshop at home to sell later on. The little dolls are gone fast from her shelves as they are just too good to pass up. One can tell that she puts her heart and soul into bringing them to life. It’s as if they radiate her emotions and passion as she creates them.
Her demeanor around the subvillage is calm and serene, a simple joy to be around or share a cup of tea with. But now and again one will notice that she looks almost melancholy, or speak as if lovelorn. As if she is missing something; someone. It isn’t like she has no one to talk to; she has a few good friends within the village. Maybe she just needs that one special person to fill a void in her life, and chase away the loneliness on sleepless nights.
