A ringbearer capable of speech with oddly human levels of intelligence. 'Tobio' is said to be a sort of desert saint, and a protector of the falsely accused and hurt, guiding them to safety and nearby sources of water. It seems to live by it's own rules, and judges the hearts of others to see if their good intentions outweigh their greed. Liars and corrupts are often sent to it's desert, where they do not return.
