Valerian is a shy, reserved snake right from the heart of Olde Foxbury. They mostly keep to themself in whatever they do, preferring the company of plants over people. When they're actually around others, they keep quiet and prefer not to butt heads. While this works out for them in most scenarios, it also means that when they do try to speak their mind, they're normally talked over.
Thankfully Val is not normally alone. They have a handful of friends they enjoy chatting and adventuring with including their best friend, a bombay named Jonquil. Knowing that at any moment they could stop working and go find their pal to go exploring helps them from feeling too lonely whenever they're by themself.
