About

Hello. I'm sorry to say that I'm closing up shop for the moment. If you're here to get a toy fixed, just write your name on that sign in sheet and leave the toy on the counter. I'll look it over when I get back in. If you're not getting a toy fixed up, then uh... I have to assume that you got lost, since most creatures don't come here just to see me. Can I help you find your way? I'd be glad to draw you a map if you want.

Zip was designed as a MLP character by his original designer. His original name was "Cool Zippers" but the moment he was adopted his name was changed to Zipper Rush.
Even though he was originally going to be a MLP fancharacter, he doesn't feel right for that world. So now he's just an anthro/furry horse/pony.

While Zip is good at multi-tasking, he can't focus on multiple things at once. (So he can work on five parts of one project at a time, but if you try to talk to him while he works or he tries to do two projects at once, things do not go well....)
He also talks to his projects. And something he doesn't let others know about is that he has a collection of stuffed animals stashed away in his house. It's behind a locked door, so nobody else can get to his precious treasures. His favorite stuffed animal is a king cheetah that is discolored to be almost like a snow leopard. It was the first plush toy that he got the chance to patch up. It's still missing an eye, though, since he hasn't found an eye that matches the other one.

When he got old enough, he went forth and opened a shop so that other people/furries/whatever could bring their toys to him and he'd fix them up. If they could pay for it, he charged a fair rate for the work he did. If they can't, then he doesn't mind fixing things for the love of it and for the grateful smile of the person that gets the fixed toy.

Sometimes he'll even take the work with him to nature to relax in natural lighting away from everything else.
