He's superficially good at social interaction but doesn't actually like a lot of people and has difficulty getting too close with anyone. Bailey is an introvert trying to live like an extrovert because he thinks he has to. Partially because of this, he tends to be moody and passive-aggressive. He gets easily overwhelmed in chaotic environments.
Bailey is a clever character, although he puts up a clueless façade. He enjoys making things with his hands and feeling useful.
