Opurr is a divine sprite (in this case meaning lesser spirit) associated with stars. They can create stardust, and specializes in sundust which is typically a potent ingredient for spells. They had a sister, but... they don't know what happened to her. (In fact, her soul was eaten by a divinity-targeting dragon).
