About
Nilotic is a semi-serpentine mersaggitari that swum by one day; he is able to see mythological creatures normally invisible to merfur eye, like certain subtypes of faeries. There are a lot of house faeries hanging around the traveling Nautilus cottage, so he curiously stuck around.
Blacksmithing (193+)
Nilotic became fast friends with Feuille, who was dual-tasking Carpentry and Blacksmithing at the time; Feuille taught Nilotic the fundamentals of blacksmithing, and the mersaggitari stuck with it and went much beyond what the manokit had practiced. Nilotic is proud of his work and the faeries (and the Rhulian) that benefit.
The mersaggitari is low-spoken and charismatic; apparently, he also has complete control of himself in dreams... Nilotic has never had a dream that was not lucid.
After Mille came around, he and Feuille have since moved into the mechanical whale skeleton. Nilotic spends some time studying the structure of the submarine home; it's fascinating and maybe an inspiration for finer work.
He is actually named after a character in the Maze of the Blue Medusa module, not a knock off of my favourite pokémon of all time.
