This is Jace the Chibble.

Chibbles have the ability to camouflage so that it can hide when it is in danger but Jace doesn't use the ability for that. When ever Jace is upset or self conscious, it changes all the colours on its body so that it can feel better about itself.

Jace got into the habit of changing colours so much that when it made a friend and changed colours a week later, the friend didn't recognize it and Jace couldn't remember the colour it was when they were friends so they never spoke again.

Jace now spends its days trying to avoid people so that it does not make that mistake again. It tries to keep itself happy about being lonely by eating a lot of cookies.
