Villager: Popstar

You hear a sudden splash coming from outside of your house. Curious and confused, you check out your back window. It appears as though someone has thrown an inflatable pool toy into your pool! Wondering where such a thing had come from, or who would put it there, you wander out through the back door and approach the water. Your eyes look over the plastic mint and gold colored toy that lies on its side in the water, in the odd shape of... a manokit? “Hi!” You hear from the toy as it moves over, so its floating on its back with its arms folded behind it’s head, “I’m Poppy!”



Popstar is a pool toy that came to life one day! They were once a ghost who had found themselves lost amongst the living, until they found a giant pool toy left unattended in a backyard pool, which they took to be their new physical and balloony form. They are happy and go-lucky, and they love to sing and dance. Poppy wanders from pool to pool, looking for a place to settle down and live. They often find themselves lingering in water parks and public pools after dark, sliding down the slides and sleeping in the hot tubs, but they have yet to find their perfect pool home.

Popstar has no real age sense they have no memories of before their ghostly form, but they act around the age of a 16 year old. They are 3 feet and 5 inches tall, and weigh as light as a feather!
