She grants wishes to younger children during the time of shooting stars. with her comet tail and star accessories, she's easily mistaken for a shooting star in the sky when she flys by to check on the young at night to make sure they are having good dreams.
If you have heard of the paper star wishes then you'll understand when i say she loves paper stars and often grants the wishes made with stars that are within her reach.
fill a jar with stars or even a bottle and she grants your wish. she often makes wishes of her own and makes paper stars to go with them.
