Daniellus prefers to go by his full name, but will listen to nicknames. He's a dedicated researcher, and that ruling passion of his has driven away most of those who were interested in a serious relationship. His remaining friends tend to be the stubborn sort, that take him out to bars or dinners or parties 'for his own good' whether or not Daniellus agrees with them. Still, Daniellus is too good natured to protest too much.

Daniellus is currently working on creating a new organic compound that responds to sudden increases in the near-environment energy level by altering its photon emission. That is to say, he makes up solutions that change color when dropped or violently handled, or are exposed to light. The liquid solution will start clear, but then turn into a color ranging from from dark blue purple to a reddish plum to a light mauve when it is in the light.
