Personality: Blaire is excitable and usually late. She can get distracted by really anything, whether it's a fellow villager, the snow, or a passing bird. She notices almost too much, but it is hard for her to really focus on noticing one thing. She is very fast, and loyal and would do anything for Kira and the township (well except pay attention for extended periods of time). While she is silly and hyper normally, she can usually get the sense when it's time to be serious.
