A robot who has been lost for a very long time.
It crashed onto this planet, waking up in a new and strange and glorious world. GOSS finds everything about its new environment immensely interesting, and wishes to learn all it can of the place in order to be of better help to its masters when they find where GOSS has gone.

An odd and anxious man was the first to find GOSS after their crash, reawakening the robot by accident. GOSS insisted on traveling with them, hoping the man could teach it about this world. So far the man has proven to not be very good at this, though GOSS has found it is not minding the man's company despite this fact.

GOSS has begun questioning if it was more damaged than it thought by the crash, as before it knows it would have long since left such a useless man behind in search of someone far more helpful...
